Regional Sales Directors (Code: RSD)

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is an individual who has proven business development experience in the K-12 education market. We are looking for seasoned sales professionals with demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, landing, and growing client accounts utilizing solution selling techniques.

Ideal candidates must be an effective strategists and communicators who can take a proactive, consultative approach in developing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and responding to the needs of clients & prospects.

If you have 10+ years of strategic, consultative sales experience in a technical and service-oriented business, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high-level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation, we'd love to hear from you.

 

The Inside Sales Manager (Code: ISM)

We are seeking an individual who has proven inside sales administration and account management experience -- fielding inbound telephone sales inquires; inbound website & email inquiries, website chat sessions; and Tier 1 customer support and account management. This seasoned inside sales professional will have demonstrated success in qualifying inbound leads and inquiries by utilizing proper probative questioning techniques and answering prospect inquiries. The ISM is responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate leads for the Regional Sales Directors.  The ISM will have demonstrated success in account management and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator who can take a proactive, consultative approach in responding to the inbound inquiries of clients & prospects and generating qualified leads by making outbound contact (email and phone calls) to prospects. The ISM will be expected to consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and lead qualification measures. The ISM will be expected to fulfill customer orders through the Kajeet launch process. This position will report to the Director of Inside Sales and Client Services and work closely with outside sales, operations, product development, and marketing staff.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Telephone Sales
  • Make outbound telephone calls following company sales script and procedures.
  • Qualify prospects, provide information about Kajeet and our services.
  • Record contact information in company CRM.
  • Upon qualification, assign lead to appropriate Regional Sales Director (RSD).


Inbound Telephone Sales

  • Receive inbound telephone sales and inquiries calls following company sales & lead qualification procedures.
  • Provide caller with requested assistance and/or information.
  • Record contact information in company CRM.
  • Upon qualification, assign lead to appropriate Regional Sales Director (RSD).


Marketing Leads

  • Manage inbound sales lead pipeline. Ensure appropriate lead information is complete.
  • Perform required research about the prospect’s organization and digital learning goals prior to contact with lead. Contact with lead will reference findings from this research.
  • Make initial contact with within sales protocol timeframes.
  • Work with lead to qualify (e.g. need, budget, timeframe, decision makers, etc.)
  • Provide inquiry with requested information.
  • Upon qualification, provide RSD with background and perform soft transfer to RSD.
  • Process unqualified leads for marketing nurture programs.


Indirect Channel Leads

  • Contact channel partner to qualify lead and attain additional background information.
  • Process lead in Partner CRM system and Kajeet CRM system.
  • Maintain updated stage information in Partner CRM system.
  • Field progress update calls from channel partners and provide updates on related leads.


Account Management

  • Manage and process new client launch packages.
  • Provide consistent and customer-centric Tier 1 service and support.
  • Effectively utilize and update information within CRM tool (Salesforce™). Maintain clean lead, contact, and activity records to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal staff to identify client and prospect needs and provide information regarding appropriate solutions.
  • Cooperate with fellow sales team members by lending support when appropriate.
  • Conduct research about inbound leads.
  • Participate in sales training and process improvement forums.
  • Adhere to sales processes and protocols to ensure consistency.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of inbound and outbound telephone sales experience in a technical and service-oriented business preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with demonstrated experience in sales and account management and the ability to present solutions to client needs.
  • A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented team environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (including CRM systems, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)

Outbound Lead Generator (Code: OLG)

We are seeking an individual who; has proven outbound telephone sales experience, has a track record of effectively delivering sales presentations, can identify prospect need, effectively deliver a solution oriented value proposal, is able to meet daily call minimums, and works well in a team environment.  This seasoned OSR will have demonstrated success in using call lists to reach prospects, utilizing proper probative techniques and answering prospect inquiries. The OLG will have a demonstrated success in lead generation, sales and the sales process.  The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator who can work well in a team environment, take a proactive and deliberate approach in making outbound calls, be proven and familiar with SalesForce, and have experience using various pre-qualification strategies.  Our candidate will have experience using a CRM, be high-energy, self-motivated, agile and able to change hats on the fly. In this highly prized inside sales role, excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities, and a ‘hunting’ mentality will be critical to your success. You will be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM system. We're seeking for professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a team environment. 

The OLG will report directly to the Director of Inside Sales and Client Services and is based in our Tyson’s Virginia office.

  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers and develop a plan to reach qualified buyers.
  • Update CRM to reflect prospect interactions.
  • Become an expert in Kajeet Education Broadband services and be able to present solution oriented proposals to prospects.

  • 8+ years of outbound telephone sales experience in a technical and service-oriented business preferred.
