The Solutions Engineer will serve as the strategic and technical support arm to our existing sales organization, focusing primarily on pre-sales support. As part of our Strategy Team, the Solutions Engineer will be a be a hands-on position partnering with Regional Sales Directors, Account Managers and Channel Sales Managers to support direct and indirect sales of the full suite of Kajeet products and services.
Activities include solution design; technical consultation with prospects, customers and members of the sales team; preparation of customer proposals and technical presentations; refinement and creation of customer technical requirements; and working with product and strategy teams to refine and improve Kajeet product offerings.
The individual filling this role should have familiarity with use and management of technology in educational settings and be able to interact with school and school district personnel at all levels.
This position will report to the Vice President of Strategy and will work closely with our internal sales and marketing teams, our operations team, as well as our partners and resellers.
