The Director of Sales (DOS) is an individual who has proven business development experience in the K-12 education market both as an individual contributor and has managed a team of at least 5 or more individual contributors. This seasoned sales manager will have demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and mentoring high performance sales representatives; assisting in identifying, qualifying, landing, and growing client accounts; and meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
The ideal candidate must be an effective mentor, strategist, and communicator who can take a proactive, consultative approach in developing high performing sales teams. The Director of Sales will be responsible for the performance of his/her sales team in closing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and responding to the needs of clients and/or prospects.
The Director of Sales will be expected to consistently meet and exceed team client growth quotas of approximately $6– $12 million annually. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will work closely with operations, product development, and marketing staff.

The Inside Sales Representative (job code: ISR) is an individual who has proven inside sales experience -- fielding inbound telephone sales inquires; inbound website & email inquiries, website chat sessions; and providing Tier 1 customer support. This seasoned inside sales professional will have demonstrated success in qualifying inbound leads and inquiries by utilizing proper probing questioning techniques and satisfying inquirer questions. The ISR will also be responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate leads for the direct sales team.
The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator who can take a proactive, consultative approach in responding to the inbound inquiries of clients & prospects and generating qualified leads by making outbound contact (email and phone calls) to prospects. The ISR will be expected to consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and lead qualification measures. This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work closely with outside sales, account management, operations, product development, and marketing staff.
