The Inside Sales Representative (job code: ISR) is an individual who has proven inside sales experience -- fielding inbound telephone sales
The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator who can take a proactive, consultative approach in responding to the inbound inquiries of clients & prospects and generating qualified leads by making outbound contact (email and phone calls) to prospects. The ISR will be expected to consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and lead qualification measures.
