You can always check the current status of your devices by going to kajeet.com/status. This page will tell you if your device is suspended, has hit a data limit, or if your account is out of MBs or point.

Kajeet works directly with school and district personnel to bring broadband access to students. At this time, we do not sell off-campus internet connectivity directly to the family. If you require Internet access at home for educational purposes, please contact your school principal or district information technology department and ask for Kajeet Education Broadband service.
