TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (1) Clients have 30 days from receipt of new devices to swap any quantity, up to the entire quantity of that order, due to network coverage and/or quality. (2) After the initial 30-day period, a client can swap up to 10% of their deployed devices, each calendar year. Subject to conditions below. (3) This guarantee is applicable for any individual device that demonstrates consistent (>50% of the time) slow speeds (less than 1.0 Mbps) or weak coverage signals (“no service” or “1 bar of coverage”) when compared to the entire cohort of deployed Kajeet devices. (4) Kajeet will replace your device on another network with a similar device. In the event that an upgrade to a higher-tier device is required, we will apply a full credit of the original price paid toward the equipment upgrade. (5) Only affected devices will be replaced and moved to the network that provides the optimal experience for that device. The remaining deployed devices may remain on the original network; multiple networks do not adversely affect the ability to manage and administer of all devices in the Sentinel portal. (6) Wireless network speed and signal strength may vary from day to day due to many factors. Please ensure that any issues are tested over a period of no less than 5 days using the speed testing service www.speakeasy.net or www.speedtest.net. (7) Network Guarantee requests need to be reported to the Kajeet Support Team at support.kajeet.com and should include device information and performance metrics demonstrating poor cellular coverage or network quality.
