  • Login to the Kajeet Knowledge Center and open a ticket.
  • Email our Support team educare@kajeet.com
  • You can always check the current status of your devices by going to kajeet.com/status. This page will tell you if your device is suspended, has hit a data limit, or if your account is out of MBs or points.
